heres an overall post to everyone...as you all now its almost spring and it will be time to wear shorts and tank tops BUT for people, all the weight they want to lose wont come off by that time, so Im NOT going to post somethign on losing weight BUT on FEELING BETTER ABOUT YOUR BODY WHILE YOU NORMALLY WOULD FEEL HORRIABLE ABOUT IT...OK HERE WE GO...some songs I would suggest listening to when you are feeling down about yourself and your body (no matter if you hate the singer or w/e) Jessic Simpson-"In This Skin" and Martina Mcbrides "This Ones for the Girls" anything that is bouncy and upbeat but that doesnt talk about sexx, aka just steer clear from rap when you feel this way....I also suggest if your going to watch tv try for at least 5 minutes watching say the Disney channel, the news or somethign that doesnt promote sexx and beauty and maybe try then 10 minutes or so to give your poor self image a break, also, if your being extremely lazy, if its warm and sunny, go be lazy outside just laying down, just being outside will boost your mood...dont buy clothes you want to wear when your skinny becsaue it will make you more deperessed if you dont reach your goals, intead pamper yourself with a nail manicure,a new hat, some new earrings, a new cd or a gift for a friend...heres somethign when I feel bad about my body.....I blast "In This Skin" by Jessica Simpson, call up a friend thats always happy for about 15 minutes and then go pamper myself with a homemade spa and write down a plan to change what i dont like about myself abnd put it out of sight till the next day...I THINK WE SHOULD ALL TRY POSTING "FEEL GOOD TIPS" BECASUE YES WE NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT TO BE HEALTHY...BUT WHATS LIFE WITHOUT FEELING BETTER ABOUT YOURSELF...SO LETS ALL TRY TO POST LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKE US FEEL BETTER ABOUT OURSELF AND OUR BODYS AND WEIGHT LOSS THINGS...I HOPE YOU WILL AGREE!
