I decided to go on the Cabbage Soup Diet starting Monday. It is said that if you follow it you can lose 10-17 pounds in one week. It is not recommended to be on for more then 10 days at a time. I am going to have my grandmother make me a really big pot of the soup and I am going to follow the diet and not cheat. I am also going to continue working out for at least 2 hours a day. (Taebo early in the morning before school and at night around 6...I will also alternate with The Firm). I have read up on this diet and reviews vary. But EVERYONE has lost some amounts of weight. Some have gained it right back and some believe you only lose water weight. But I plan to stick to this diet religously for about 2 weeks, and then just eat healthy for another 2 weeks and keep doing this until I reach my goal. (One woman lost 20 pounds after being on it for 2 weeks, then ate healthy for another 3 weeks and lost ANOTHER 20 pounds!)I will keep u guys posted on my results.
