i started the bodyflex workout today. it felt really good. it's from the book "be a loser" by greer. the book is funny too- even though it's written for women in their 30's. the average person loses 4-16 inches in their first week so i'll tell you guys how much i've lost in a week. it's really great for your cardiovascular system and only takes 15 minutes a day. it's a really great breathing technique and it gives you a lot of energy(i can testify to that because you can feel it right after the first workout.). i've eaten so much today already but have only eaten 300 calories. i ate 2 cups of fat-free popcorn, 1 egg with tomato, sweet peas, and half of a peanut butter granola bar. i'm really full now- but i'm planning to eat 1200 calories- i usually eat most of mine during supper which works out really well for me. i hope everyone's doing really good. good luck!
