Hey everyone! Monday I weighed 218 and now (Saturday) I weigh 215! All I did was eat 600 calories and drink alot of water... plus track practice! It wasnt as hard as it might sound... starting tommorow im going up to 800 and then down again. Oh and I bought slimfast just for breakfast in the morning bc I never get enough time to eat in the morning... i bought the cookie dough flavored one and it tastes great! Im soo happy because I bought all these cute as hell clothes a size too small and maybe they will fit in time for summer!!!!!!!!!!
