:::Update::: Well, I've been back on my low carbing consistently for about two weeks now (I only cheated once! lol) and good night! don't I feel soooo much better! I've been skipping through the tulips the past few days =) and my family is very thankful I've adopted this way of eating, considering my attitude/mood is a lot better (I guess I'm easier to live with)! **grins** Even though I've been (I am) really, really stressed out the past couple of years you wouldn't be able to tell like you could before. Anyways, I haven't lost any significant weight yet but I'm slimming down (i.e. neck, wrists, legs and arms) faster than I did before. My skin is glowing =D and now that I'm not allowed to eat any sugar (although I sneak a diet soda every once in awhile =P)I don't have acne breakouts--I'm allegic to sugar and some food chemicals and that's one of the ways my body let's me know, although before LCing I would be hard-headed and eat it anyway. Ya'll know how it is with sugar, gotta have it!!! LOL That's about it for now, as always everyone keep up the good work... ~*~Absolutely feeling great... -V.~*~
