well, i got really off track last week. my grandma came over for the week and i stoped exercising ause she was staying in my room and i didn't have any floor space to do anyhting. i'm still trying to eat good though. i'm going to start trying to exercise again but because i have been not doing it for so long i'm having trouble getting back on track. any suggestions? PLEASE HELP!
