I've been to this site so many times. And so many times i've set goals and so many times failed to meet them. Well this time I want it to be the opposite of that. I wanna finally lose my weight. I'm 16, 5'9'' and close to 280 lbs. I'm really muscular and tall so I don't look as big as 280 sounds. but yeah I'm really overweight. My dream would be to lose the weight, be a decent size for prom (which is next year, not this) and to play softball for school. I've wanted to forever because I can't play for the summer leauge anymore because of my age. And i miss it SOOO much. I try and watch what I eat. I have the same thing for lunch every day which is a Ham and cheese or turkey and cheese sub and baked chips which is a pretty good meal. I'm also starting to go to the gym at my church and run/walk 16 laps which is equivalent to a mile. This isn't a problem for me so i'm glad. I'd like to get down to 140. That is a decent weight i think for how tall I am. If anyone would like to give me some tips i'd be forever grateful.
