i have a problem. i am not really overweight but bordering on the edge of it. im 5'2 and 135 pounds. i play volleyball during the school year,tennis in the summer, and i go to curves during the school year also.but i lose inches and gain weight.my mum says its because im muscular and muscle weighs 1 pound more than fat.is there any way to lose weight than gain muscle?
