Guys I'm having trouble I lost 2lbs a week ago but gained it back this week I need to stick to some diet but I need to commit to one what is best? High Protien and low carb? mainly fruits and veggies? LOW Calorie? LOW Fat? 6 little meals a day? One main meal a day only? LOts of Water? MOstly only water? WHAT???? DO???? I????DO??????I swear to start exercising but what moves THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HEEEEEEEEEEEELL LLLLLLLLLLLLLL LLLLLLLLLPPP PPPPP MMMM MMMMEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry about that but really what should I do?Help me friends at message board your my only hope.
