Ht. 5'5", Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey I haven't checked here for a while but I'm 134lbs =D I've lost 4 lbs I'm 5'5 and I wanna get down to about 120 so 14 pounds left.. I got sick last week and a day I lost 4 lbs so I was done to 130 and I was like WOA and it just felt so good (but of course it came back) anyways I got a book on Teenage Fitness and I've been doing this 20 minutes exercise routine (basically strength training) and it makes me feel a lot better(especially about my tummy I can feel the burn, and that makes me confident)... oh okay heres a lil tip I dont know if it will work for you but it worked for me. My dad offered me a donut and of course I took it it was looking at me like "eat me I'm so good" and so I went to the bathroom mirror and I ate the donut infront of the mirror.. well I obviously didn't eat the whole thing after the person staring back at me it was really gross so if you want that big yummy cake or whatever eat half and then if your still wanting more eat in front of a mirror ;) hope you guys reach your goal weight *best of luck* .. drink water, exercise, and eat healthy food (and its sometimes good to eat something sweet but a little amount just so that you satify yourself and you dont binge on all the bad stuff) and remember that weight loss is NOT a quick thing it takes time and effort so if you want to lose 15lbs in a week... well its possible but it wont be gone for long.
