These are just some tips I have to help me loose weight..and I thought I might share..Have a journal and write down your goals and what you ate that day. Exercise daily. Aerobic will strenthen your cardiovascular system..also do some weight training. Stretching can help relieve stress/tension also. When you feel like eating something you shouldn't..wate five minutes..and take 5 bites of something healthy before you eat something bad. Drink lots of water..also..it's kina-of hard to drink water during cold weather so make yourself some decaff tea...and enjoy! Don't step on the scale every day..make weekly/monthly weigh ins. Most important..give yourself time! It's not easy to just hop onto healthy eating..and go from there...if you mess up..write it in your journal..and go take a walk, play with your pets,stretch, maybe go shopping if it makes you feel better. These are just some tips what I'm using so..I hope you find them useful! =)
