Start: 217 lb, Today: 210 lb - i seem to be losing weight, but i dont know why. i was 217 lbs, but now im around 210. and im not eating less or excercising more. today, for example, i had a huge club sandwich (along with chips and half an order of fries) and 7 cokes (i dont normally drink that much, but i was thirsty today). then theres lunch and dinner and the 2 snacks i had (4 cookies and a bag of mini grahm (?) crackers). im glad im loosing weight but i think it might just be my scale acting screwier than usual and i dont want to get my hopes up. does anybody know whats going on?
