Start: 145 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hey ya'll! I just wanted to let ya'll know the very BEST way to lose weight is to watch your calories, cut out caffeine and carbonated beverages (drink water), and to exercise! I used to weigh 120 lbs. but for some reason I gained 25 lbs. over the past summer and weighed 145! I finally decided I needed to lose weight when a guy I had liked for 2 years wasn't payin' me attention any more! I also knew I had to do it for myself. I immediately started watching what I ate, eating under 1000 calories a day, drinking only water and skim milk, and exercising. I did stray away from my diet for a couple of days, and gained 5 lbs. back, but now I am 130. My goal is 115-119. If anybody wants to talk, just RePLy and I'll give ya my screename! :)
