Hey everyone! Do any of you have any ideas or motivation tips for me that have already lost the weight and no it will work?!?!?!! I desperately need to lose 30lbs by like mid march or so! Please it is really important to me, it seems everytime I try and am doing really good then by the weekend I mess up and can't get back on track! Please somebody help me! Thankz alot *Marie*
