Today: 159 lb - I"m really POed at myself right now. I weighed myself this morning and it said i gained two pounds overnight! I weighed 157 yesterday but today it was 159. I kno i shouldn't be weighing mself everyday (old habits die hard)but i did really good yesterday (tae-bo and i stayed in my calorie range by eating a lil over 1300 calories) Wut happened? If i did that well then why did my body GaiN weight? I really want to get to my 2 pound goal this week, but i didn't mean gain two pounds! lol. pleaze just sumone tell me wut i did wrong. thanks in advance~ ~chelsea~
