I have lost 4 pounds! I am so happy for myself! All I did was make a menu of what I was going to eat everyday and I made sure that I include all the nutients from the Food Guide Pyramid. I also watched my calories. I feel so good about myself right now. I am starting my exercise program on Monday. I hope everyone elses goals are being met too. And Congrats to all of you who are on your way and are losing weight!
