HEllo Everyone! well i've been doing really great this week ~ I've lost 5 pounds already! I feel great, and it all was because of exercise and diet. The biggest thing ppl is jotting down what you eat and the calories in it. I'm going to get into doing more weight lifting next week and was wondering how many days do you need a week for it to be affective? could i get by with 2, 3, or 4 days or do i build up to it? also does anyone know where you can find the tae-bo advanced tape or another version of the basic workout? i've been doing the same tae-bo tape now for a about three years. lol. its really old. well wish y'all best of luck. ~~chelsea~~
