Hey y'all, I have done really good today and yesterday with diet!!! yay!! (finally) I don't want to jinx anythings so i better be getting to that tae-bo! I was going to do it this morning but i set the wrong alarm cock which was broken thus i didn't have time to. O well. I weighed myself this morning and apparently i have lost 3 pounds already, so no i hope that i can lose two more by sunday. Is that unrealistic for the first week of a serious diet? also, how many calories are too few? I wanna stay in a healthy calorie range i'm thinking anywhere between 1200-1500, that should be enough to lose weight with, right? well wish me luck, best of luck to everyone else ~*~CHelSeA~*~
