Ht. 5'2", Today: 160 lb - Hi, I feel AwEsOmE!!! I made a New Years Resolutin, I am 5'2 and i weigh 160. By May 1,2004 I am going to way 130. Yesterday, January 1, 2004, I wake up 5:45 before school and do "WALK AWAY THE POUNDS" I love it. I feel so great after every workout. The set comes with 2 weighted balls and 3 tapes, 1 mile, 2 mile, 3 mile. The 1 mile takes 18 minutes. It includes the 1 mile and upper and lower body workouts. The weighted balls really increase the workout. Plus I also do 30 crunches and 30 jumping jacks. My motivation is my life. I lack confidence, i feel like i am competing with other girls. I hope to gain confidence and look good for highschool. I am graduating from 8th grade and I'd love to look great in my graduation dress. I cry almost every night because it sucks how i feel. So doing this exercise really motivates me and makes me feel awesome. I am 13, 5'2, weigh 160 and I wear a 13 size pants. I will let you know how I'm doing. My mom totally supports me,, on the other hand i rather not tell my dad because he wouldnt. I dont think he has enough confidence in me to believe that I can do anything. So when I lose this weight I am going to show him and everybody else that anyone can do it. When I wake up in the morning I say "I can do anything". PLEASE RESPOND AND TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT MY STORY AND IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS GOOD OR BAD TELL ME!!!! HOW DO I GET INTO THAT WEIGHT CONTEST!!! EVEYONE WHO READ THIS WRITE ME.....TY BYE
