Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 175 lb - Ok i have lost 25 lbs! yah! I know thats not a lot, but its better than what i used 2 be. I am now 175 when i was 200! I am happy, and i am 5'8" but i have 1 problem: I have only been eating right, which is why i lost weight, but my stomach is still like it was before i lost the weight. I mean usually you can fit in a new pair of jeans by now, but i can't. Since its winter i havent been exercising, but should i, in order for my stomach and body parts to shep up? If so what do you suggest to do indorrs by yourself? Thanks for the help!
