~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'5", Today: 157 lb - Hey:-) I haven't been here in forever. Does Henry and Jay still come on here? Anyways....a couple posts back a girl (I believe it was Rachel...) said her birthday was on February 19...so is mine! lol, how cool is that...Anyways. I want to have some of my new years resolution finished by then. I'm sick of saying "I want to lose x amount of pounds before this date." Because that never works for me. I like things like..."By this date I want to have done everything that I could in order to lose x amount of pounds..." and if I don't lose that much, at least I'll know that I tried...and if I do...great. So, instead of having my new years resolution be "Lose 30-40 lbs by summer or else..." I want to have one like, "Eat healthier...exercise daily (no excuses) and feel better by...date" Anyone think that sounds better? and would anyone like to be my diet buddy? I'm 5'4 3/4" (5'5") about 157 lbs...(yes I gained 7 lbs since I lost weight) and I'm a vegetarian. So if anybody wants to my email address is peasoncarrots@aol.com and my aim is peasoncarrots Bye:-) And good luck to everybody...I've been eating healthy all day...no overeating...pilates...walk to the library and back (mile or more) and I'm drinking tons of water...just keeping myself busy...cya=)
