Ht. 5'4", Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey people im new.. i need help majorly.. okay i have this dance on january 31.. and i weight 145-150 and im 5'4.. i have a really pretty dress. and i want to lose like 20 pounds by than do u think i can do it.. by eating eggs in the morning an apple for snack or some kind of fruit and than a salad for dinner and or some low fat soup.. do u think i can do it by than also i wil be running 3 miles a day..? please comment back i would really like to know if i can do this? thanks everyone
