Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 149 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ok- i'm 149 and 5'5" now- down from 170. everyone can do it if they put their mind to it. i'm not going to explain everything i did to lose the weight- ive just been following my own advice and doing it healthy by eating better foods and burning it off with cardio work outs. i want to be 135-139 by the weekend after my birthday which is the 9th but i want to weight that much by the 11th because i'm getting a haircut and i'm going clothes shopping and want to buy really nice clothes that'll make me look great. i know it's pushing myself a bit but i'm still going to do it healthy but just be more strict. ever since i started acctually losing weight i haven't had a perfect week of dieting and exerizing so i'm going to do it this week. well, good luck everyone- even though nobody needs luck- all they need is a little willpower...
