For anyone seeking a really good book for emotional eating problems or just eating right and stopping dieting that is harmful(not saying all diets are just the dangerously low calorie ones, and eating habits that include binging, Jay Mcraw's book, The ultimate Weight loss Solution for teens: 7 keys to weightloss, is REALLY good. I fineshed it today, and i think its a must read even if u are on a different diet because u can apply the steps to any lifestyle for the better.
