I'm sick~again! I really want to start exercising but I don't think thats a good idea when I have (I think) the flu. When I'm better I promise myself that I will get back into exercising REGULARlY. Well as in the mean time I've been reading JAy McGraw's book. Its really good and I highly recomend it to anyone seeking a permenant answer for thier weight problem, if they haven't already found one that is working for them. I really hope that I'm 158 by Sunday. Being sick can Sabotage any diet~! get back to ya l8terz, wish u the best of luck~~ChElliE
