Hey all, hope everyone had a great thanksgivin, everything's going okay.. even though i struggled alot yesterday and its takin alot more effort today to get back on track, but one question keeps runnin through my mind "do u want it" and im like yeah! so that helps me alot. I ddi fine yesterday as far as dinner goes i only had like a teaspoon of mashed potatoes so i stuck with the no carbs aspect.. the only thing is i had pie.. but u know what lookin back i enjoyed myself so im not really kickin myself and i ate a lot better than i normally do so im proud of myself for that. This is day 6 of my diet and tomorrow im jumpin on the scale so im kinda scared.. i mean even if i havent lost anything at least my habits are better.. and im plannin on excersizin more so that will def. add to my results.,. well ill post tomorrow about how im doing.. good luck everyone with today. Remmber that u do want it.. so think about that the next time u reach for the junk food that tastes alot better than it makes u feel aafter u eat it. Luv always, *MaNdY*
