another siet tip for anyone. i got this from an article a well known weight lifter wrote. to lose a couple pounds a week he said that he eats a low carb meal and then a low fat meal and then a low carb meal and alternates like that. which- if you think about it makes really great since because it'll balance out your fat and carb intake for the day. well- i'm going to keep counting my cal.s and do that for a bit. i'm also going to weigh myself today and i really really hope i'm down to 150 but i won't beat myself up if i've only lost a pounds becaise- even if it takes a long time- it's going to last. i want to be at least 140 by my boyfriends birthday(actually i want to be 130 by then but i'm taking it real slow) which is march 13 and it'll be his second birthday that we've been together. remember girs(guy too) just because and few people shoot you down for not looking like a runway model doesn't mean they're right and don't settle for less either though. make sure who you're with is who you feel most somfortable with and if you want it to last pick him(or her) personality wise becasue that's all you're going to have when you're old so start practicing it now. lol. good luck everyone i love all of your support and hope i can do the same for all of you...
