~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4", Today: 155 lb - I'm a new "blubber buster". (I'm not quite sure if i like that name. Isn't it funny how we have to be politically correct about overweight people too?but thats another topic.) Anyways, i'm 5'4 and I weigh in at 155. I've been that weight for about five years. Once during that time i got down to 145 by walking an hour everyday, and only eating veggies. It worked too, because i lost it all in like two weeks. but the problem is now that i don't have and hour and a half to walk anymore, and i need protein. I was wondering if you had any suggestions. I have been "eating healthy" for a year, but no matter how many calories i drop everyday, nothing happens. I think right now i'm down to like 1000 cal a day. So any suggestions would help a ton! Thanks!
