I had a really bad night, good day but I did over eat again! I know, I should be eating less of the wrong foods but the plotted against me. Ok, I'm to blame!!! I'm about 1000kcals over my limit!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!" Good news, no evil chocolate today! Yummime apples!! Tomorrow, I have to stick to my 1500kcal diet, plus I'm working so that will help! I don't pig out at work. Only at home is my place of weakness. I did go to my fitness class and feels tons better, ofcourse I ruined it by pigging out afterwards!! Big GRRRRRRRR!!!! I will do better, because I want to change my lifestyle and i'm sick of food rule-ing my life!!!!!! Rite my plan, no more chocolate= done, pigging out= working at!!! What kinda plans do you guys follow? Krystle
