Tip!! Instead of snaking during eastenders, try to eat while not watching tv at all. They say the best way to eat, is when you doing nothing. Sit down and eat your meal without distractions. Easy said than done, when your hungry and the tv is calling your name. lol But that is ther best way because you know what your eating, and the food gets your full attentions. Once your not hurgry you can stop, because you will be fousing on the food. I should try this!!!! I've had a good day but I have been a sleep most of the morning! bad Krystle, but I do have a sore hip bone thingy. It's been causing me problems but slowly getting better! I've got a class this afternoon and I'm thinking of going to my ftness class tonight! With the hip bone thingy it's kinda painful to workout. I guess I'll just get weighted. Plus the person who runs the class is always really nice even if I have gained like a million lbs. Anyone ever gone to any diet and fitness clubs? I'm attending the Rosemary Conley Diet and fitness club!!! That's my update for this very moment! Krystle xx
