Ht. 5'5", Today: 220 lb, Goal: 150 lb - this site has given me so much inspiration to try n loose this weight. im 15, 5'4"-5'5" and i weigh about 220lbs. i always knew i was over weight n i wuld always think.. "well yeah when im older ill lose it all.." nd stuff like that but readin everywuns success stories has made me wanna get up nd get rid of this fat. So today when i got home i took both my dogs for a walk but i took them on my skates. nd i didnt eat alot of my dinner but thats becuz i messed up dieting today. so then i jogged in place in my basement for awhile and theres this exercise thing downstairs i used, it helps with ur legs, butt, n tummy. mostly it helps ur arms. i also used this exercise celebrities use to shape their butts lol. u put ur left foot up on a step then ur right then u put ur left down then ur right. so its a count or 1..2..3..4 nd it really works cuz u can feel ur legs tightning wihle ur doin it. while i was exercisin i looked in the mirror nd was like.."wow this is really workin cuz im not feelin so discusted with myself" i am hoping to get to my goal weight of 150-140 by this time next year cuz of prom. if u all have any ques or comments feel free to reply or im me on my aim sn: baybeboox. thnx
