Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys i just want to say this site really does work its helped me lose 30+ pounds am i am now (although at the high end) of my healthy weight range i have ten pounds to go before i reach my goal weight of 120 pounds i was wondering in anybody had any tips or healthy , filling foods they could tell me about also i was wonderng if anyone had any differnt types of excersize and should i stop eating at 6 pm or 8 pm ?? u kno what they say the last 10 pounds are the hardest
