Start: 150 lb, Today: 140 lb - Hey! I wrote here a while ago and then I kinda forgot about the site but I remembered I was trying to lose weight. about a month ago when I wrote here I weighed 150. Since then I have ate healthy, exercised more, and I only drank one can of diet pop a day other then 2 or 3 non diet pop. I have lost just about 10 pounds. Everyday I jump on my trampoline for 20 to 30 minutes, at volleyball everyday I run 3 to 4 laps around the field house (three basketball courts), and I eat healthier. I just want to say that all you guys and girls can lose weight easy! Just think!!
