Start: 192 lb, Today: 180 lb - Okay i *used* to be real thin that was sickening that god i am oever that but the problem now is i am 180 like 40 pounds over wieght i was at 192. I started to lift at school and i was talking to my trainer so to speak and he says try to stick away from white bread cause if you take white bread and put water over it it gets all nasty that what its like inside your body, it clings to you, on the other hand if u do the same thing to wheat bread, it dont look half as bad so ive been eating wheat bread and it been halping me out but you cant really depend on what you eat you have to be active, try to get into sports, i now swim for my high school and it helps to get in shape so good luck to all and if anyone wants to be buddies and help eacother out my sn for aol is nikegurl494 im looking for someone so that we can keep eachother confident and help eachother out and give tips ok well Good Luck to everyone Love you all no matter what any one looks like :o)
