Ht. 5'7", Today: 170 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hi, Im 16 and I weigh 170 pounds and Im 5'7. Ive recently started working out and everyone else is saying that I look like Im losing wieght, but Im not seeing any difference! I want to be somewhere around 140 and Ill be happy. I exercise every weekday and I try to watch what Im eating. I cant seem to get away these love handles...They wont go away so If anyone who has had them and has a realy good exercise..please help.
