Start: 213 lb, Today: 212 lb - hey i am 212 lbs! i am only 13 and i have 2 1/2 weeks b4 school starts i wanna lose 20lbs.. is that possible and i wanna lose a total of 90lbs i know ppl who did it i just dunno how b.c its hard for me i started a diet i was 213 and the next day i was 210 with lots of water and lil food but healty food.. and now all i wanna do is eat again!!!! PLease Help me i really dont like it outside and i am on the computer alotr but i sit here and eat.. is there any thing that can prevent me from eatingsoo much?? also i am big-bonned, can that change?? i dun like it that way.. .also i wanna change my metabolism and look good ... PLEASE help me!!! I need to know exactly wut to do water wise and exercises i can do indoors!! One of my bigest problems are my tighs and stomach what are exercise that can make them look better and i need to lose like 20inches in each tigh!
