Hi, i wanted to share some of my tips on a HEALTHY diet for all of you. It isn't any spoof about no eating meat or no breads or veggies. This makes sense. All you have to do it find the healthy calorie intake for your height and weight...(A 5'0-5'9 person weighing 110-140 should consume 2000 or fewer calories a day, and no more than 50 grams of fat) Once you have found that you just need to make sure you don't exeed your limit. I have found that the easiest way to do this is to write it down and at the end of the day calculate everything. Also by writing down what you eat, you are much more aware and don't eat some of the very ungealthy things you used to because you become very aware of how unhealthy it was. Please take this into consideration before trying anything extreme. I lost 17 in one month. It was a great feeling to know I put my mind to something and i really did it!
