Ht. 5'5", Today: 200 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey everyone,Im 14, 5'5", 200 lbs. I want to lose at least 50 pounds by this time next year. I want 2 no what kind of exercises i need 2 do to lose the fat around my stomach, upper legs, and chest. Also, if ne1 has had success reaching their target weight, let me no how u did it.
