i have an announcement to make. I tried an advanced weight lifting tape the a couple days ago (with squats, lunges, and so much crap...lol) and i thought i was going to die...lol, but I did it again today, and I could do everything! I didn't get wasted really early on in the workout. lol, so never give up. ;-) Beach Body workout tapes are great. But I really want to try Pilates or however you spell it. I heard that was great.
