Ht. 5'3", Today: 215 lb - I'm seventeen. 5'3, 215 lbs. It's 1:42 AM where I live right now and it's July 3rd. I just realized I wasted an entire month of summer doing absoloutly nothing. I'm tired of being lazy. Before spring break '03 I didn't eat red meat for like 2 months straight. It felt great, I didn't lose weight BUT I didn't gain any, and THAT felt great! And I told myself that part of the reason I wasn't losing any weight was due to my inactivity so I decided to try exercising. I joined the swim team at my high school because every other sport, requires running in one way or another either being part of the sport or training. I have bad knees which tend to give way. They've been good recently but I always have a fear that I'm going to break my legs. So swimming was great! It was tiring but It was something I worked at. I even got MOST IMPROVED! It was great! But now that school's out and everyone's at work, here I am at home without a license. I know there are a lot of things to do at my house but I get so lazy. Well, I'm tired of it! I don't necessarily care about losing a lot of weight. Don't get me wrong, that would be nice! However, I'm concerned about my health! And I want to be healthy and toned. I just want to look like a normal teenager. I get sick and tired of being recognized as 21 and over. I'm really dedicated when I want to be. And I'm willing to put myself out there and really work for it. I want to get to the point wehre my diet mainly consists of salad,fruit and poulty/fish for protein. And I'd like to limit my liquid intake to water and milk. I'm here for support and I just want to share a bit of my reality.
