Ht. 5'9", Today: 190 lb, Goal: 140 lb - hi guys. i'm 15, and 190 lbs and 5'9".3 years ago, i was a athletic, slim, strong basketball player (5'6", 120 lbs), but then I was in a game and broke my leg so badly, it took a year to heel. that whole time, as I grew taller, I gained so much and I ballooned up. I am absolutely miserable and i hate my life. i want to be look good again and not so fat and stuff. i hate myself, i hate everything. does anyone have anysuggestions? i want to lose atleast 50 lbs by October so I can get conditioned for the bball season. please help me!!!!
