Ht. 5'6", Today: 135 lb - Alright, I'm 5'6" and 135lbs.. Now I'm not here to complian that I'm fat.. I know I'm not.. It's just that I have what some ppl would call a pear figure.. Where I have a petite upper body and large hips, thighs, etc...and well I was wondering if anybody knew some good activities or diets or anything that would target my thigh/hip area???
