Ht. 6'0", Today: 201 lb, Goal: 206 lb - Hey everybody!!! Well i'm gonna start by telling you all that you're very strong, and that's good that u all lost the pounds u wanted to lose doing it the healthy way.I'm actually on a diet 2 but the problem is i have to lose about 40 pounds in just 2 weeks, i'm going to europe this summer, so i wanna look good.I started college in August 2001, and since i moved away from my family i was free, but i was also nuts. I was always eating whatever i want and stuff, and in just 2 moths i gain 50 pounds, so from 156lbs (6' tall) in august 2001 i got to 206 in october, and i gain so much weight i mean it was crazy, when i looked in the mirror i hated myself, also all that cuz i stopped exercising, i use to play basketball, and i played for 13 years, then i had to stop cuz of my knee, but now i'm back exercising and eating healthy like i was b4, and god it feels good, i lost 5 pounds in 3 days so far, i know it's alot, lol, but it's good.SO KEEP UP THE HARD WORK EVERYBODY AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. U CAN DO IT.GOOD LUCK
