gots a tip-- if your in a rush and you only have time for something quik either grab a few granola bars or carrots and ranch or celery and peanut butter or istead of going to mcdonalds go to subway and get a kids pack and ask not to put so much mayo on and stay away from bacon sasuage steak any fatty foods and before you go to bed do sit ups until your tummy hurts then rest and do some more do about 4 sets of those
