Today: 140 lb - Hey I am 140 lbs and is currently on a diet, which is running a mile and a half for 30 mins every other day,and working on my arms by lifting weight (8lbs) and doing a lower body workout for butt and legs. I also do a tape for 8 min abs. I eat healthy ya know veggies,protein,fruit,whole grains. I eat 3 meals a day an drink WATER ! Although it has been a slow process I am beginning to lose weight in my legs in 2 months. Although My tummy is not slimmin down... should I count calories because I dont know how,or what should I do to see results in my belly ?
