i have been overweight since i was 8. and i hated it! but now i am working on building muscle and increasing my strength, and have been losing weight. i want to lose38 lbs but when i am training myself, i become a health-a-holic. i hope it works. if ya'll have any tips, post here or email me at youwish@houston.rr.com. i think this is great and since in 30 minutes i am going running i hope someone comes on. i think ya'll are great!!p.s.-tiffany, i got your message from angel! : ) : )
