PLEASE READ EVERYONE WHO IS HAVING WEIGHT PROBLEMS. Here are a few tips for you:1)Eat protein. Protein speeds up your metabolism by 30%, carbohydrates only about 9%, and fat only about 4%.2)Work out a little. Studies show excercising is better for you than dieting.3)Believe it or not, eating fat may help your diet. Fat fills you up quickly so you won't eat too much. Just don't eat TOO MUCH of it.4)Servings count!! You could loose weight eating french fries and burgers everyday as long as you didn't eat too much. You could actually gain weight on carrots if they didn't fill you up and you ate enough of them.5)About excercising...stored fat in your body is available energy. Obese people who start excercising have an advantage, in a way, because they have more energy to run, although too much stored stuff will slow you down. This doesn't mean if your excercising you should pig out on stuff, though.I hope this helps! If you have comments, please post them.
