I need to lose ten pounds before the end of May. And quick tips or helpful suggestions? I am going to eat 1000 calories a day (calorie counting definately works - it helps you eat healthier foods and carefully monitor your eating), burn 500 cals when I work out (4-5 times a week), weight train (2 times a week), and drink plenty of H2O.
