Hey 6 days ago I said I was going to be really good with my "diet" and I have and I've lost 3 pounds! Yay! For the past 6 days I have had 1500 or so calories, about 35 grams of fat (more than my goal) and 40 minutes of walking each day and no eating after 8pm. It just shows you dont have to starve yourself to lose weight. I feel so happy!
