Today: 168 lb, Goal: 130 lb - HEY! im new 2 this site but im like almost everyone else and trying 2 lose weight. Im im in 8th grage but i weigh like 168 lbs, i want 2 b like at least 150 by my b-day in june but i prefer 2 b at 130, but thats a stretch. I always see my friends who are like size XS-S 0-2's while im a 11-13 L-XL, im embarrassed 2 go shopping w/ my skinny friends sum times, i want 2 b able 2 eat ANYTHING, have fun, not have 2 worry about anything, fit in smaller clothes and look better because im only 13 and i want 2 live each day 2 the fullest w/o having 2 worry about my weight! does anyone else feel like that or is it just me? I have very little time in the day so i cant exercise much and it seems like im ALWAYS eating, i cant help it, any ideas 2 subsitute 4 eating? or sometimes im just 2 lazy or tired 2 exercise or work out. Any one got any ideas on how 2 keep up my energy so i can do more but still b able 2 get a good nights sleep? i know wut the reward will b in the end, but somehow i just seem 2 slip any ideas that could keep me going and not want 2 quit? well thanx and if anyone has anymore ideas or just wants 2 talk, email me at Churchchickkk@aol.com :) lots of luv
